Jungli is in the center of Taoyuan County. The city has a very good location that communicates with all parts of this island. Its east side connects Pate Village, north side connects Taoyuan Village, northeastern side connects Lungtan Village, west side connects Hsinwu Village, southwestern side connects Yangmei Town, northwestern side connects Kuanyin Village.

Jungli City has an east-west length of 10.64.km, a north-south length of 7.38 km. This city is divided into four major parts: downtown, Neili, Lungkang, and Talun. The total area is 76.52 square km. The sea level is between 120 to 140 meter. It is high and plain, a blessed land with few calamities.

There are many rivers inside Jungli such as Old Street River and New Street River. Agricultural products can be irrigated easily through Taoyuan and Shihmen Water Ditch and therefore gain plentiful harvest every year.

Since the Shihmen Water Dam was completed, water of agriculture and drinking is sufficiently enough. Jungli is a paradise that combines Natural and man-created advantages.
