Taoyuan is the most convenient connections between Taiwan and while world. Even facing the most challenges, she still gets her power of growth.

In the Globalization age, Taoyuan follows the steps of the world and makes its most progression within the world. Taoyuan is neither the junior of Taipei nor Kaoshung. She is unique. Taoyuan finds the special characteristics that are properly suitable. For the past several years hard working and the several important program in the future, I believe that we will be as good as Tsiba,Japan and become to the first city that both the enterprises and talents are glad to stay in Taiwan. That is not dream. You are welcome to join us and will be our witness of Taoyuan’s ambition within this JCI ASPAC.

Taoyuan is the gate of Taiwan. She is also the start from Taiwan to the world. In this beautiful land, Taoyuan not only gives several convenient solutions to enterprises, but also builds the best environment to residents. That is why Taoyuan becomes the number one of residents increasing in the past three years. We echo to the residents’ heart. We also hear residents’ voices. All residents build this city and she is a beautiful city with cultural and prospers.

I, Bu-Liang Ye, thank you for giving me the opportunity to assist to hold JCI ASPAC. During my term of service, I intend to promote the internationalization and modernization of the city.

I hope all city development will be conducted on the foundation of efficiency, quality, substantiation, and welfare. It is my intention to establish the “service standard” of the City Office and form the “service spirit” of industrial operation to serve people. Hopefully, it will be supported by the staff of the City Officeand people in general in order to let Chung-Li JC hold JCI ASPAC conference.

Chung-Li is located in the middle of Taoyuan, highspeed rail has been worked. The site of Ching-pu which connect with C.K.S. International Airport will reduce the distance to every country. Taoyuan also has scenic spots of historical significance. I am looking forward to welcoming you.
