The Key to Successful Bidding – Hanging Together Toward the Mutual Goal　　　　　　　 　　　Phil Soong

For a long period Chung-Li JC has been on the run of international occasions for JC international affairs. Being a royal partner of JCI Taiwan in the international fields, they are like brave warriors bidding for the host of the coming JCI ASPAC 2007. Based on the strong power of great union, it is supposed to be winning the bidding in the occasion of JCI ASPAC 2005 in Macao!

I have been busying on the run to Macao for the past few weeks. In addition to confirm the details of the JCI ASPAC in Macao, I was also thinking how we can support Chung-Li JC in the aspect of best human resources. For years Chung-Li JC has been strived for the bidding, hereby I would like to express on behalf of JCI-Taiwan our sincerely care for their efforts.

For a long time, everyone knows that Taiwan has been on an unfavorable situation in the international society. All members of JCI-Taiwan are expecting JCI-Taiwan could create a way onto the international stage, through the bidding of hosting on JCI ASPAC 2007. Let JCI-Taiwan become more meaningful in this society and attract more members joining this task. They would obtain certain accomplishments through their efforts. We all expect we will be successful for bidding on the occasion of ASPAC Macau this year to return their great efforts. As there are plentiful resources, beautiful scenery and prosperous society in Taiwan, we are eager to share all of these for all JCI members international. We select Chung-Li JC as representative for the bidding. For this historic task, we need your support for Chung-Li JC.

In addition to encourage Chung-Li JC members to persevere unremittingly in this critical moment, I also would like to remind that:
All members know that Chung-Li JC have been devoted themselves in the task and even for the future of JCI-Taiwan without asking for any reward. We have to remind ourselves that upon success of the bidding, the more important thing is the details of the hosting preparation. All the efforts will represent the spirits and accomplishments of JCI-Taiwan.

ASPAC 2005 in Macao will be the most important event for Chung-Li JC. I believe we have the best human resources, great solutions for international activities, active spirits for conference hosting. Also we have most friendly JC service.

Jung-Li JC takes the bidding of ASPAC 2007 as the most important task in Taiwan. It deserved to be mentioned that all previous presidents of Chung-Li JC provided plentiful, various resources for our mutual goal. It is the proud of Chung-Li JC and that of JCI-Taiwan also!

This will be a wonderful opportunity to hold JCI ASIA PACIFIC CONFERENCE in Chung-Li,Taoyuan,Taiwan. It is my great honor to introduce the different cultures of Taoyuan.In this changing world, keep the features of Taoyuan is what we concerned. The scenery we preserve on behalf of our history and memory. I will learn from all our predecessors and follow their successful steps to lead our organization in this excited and challenging year by doing my best. I hope we all would have a fruitful and glorious year. We, with full lconfidence, can offer various facilities. See you in Chung-Li in 2007.

Our Conference Organizing Committee, with significant support from the Taoyuan Government, is already well prepared for you and you, and all the facilities that we require to make this conference truly memorable are in place.
